Mindful Wonder

A client recently made a beautiful connection between wonder and the practice of mindfulness that we’d worked on together.

His question was, simply, wasn’t mindfulness at heart, practising a sense of wonder at  the here and now? As Thich Nhat Hanh puts it, Peace is Every Step.

Linked to this, a recent Radio 4  Thought for The Day took wonder as its theme: wonder as something common to science  and religion. Wonder as something essentially human.
